Complaints
We operate a practice complaints
procedure as part of the NHS system
for dealing with complaints. Mr
Philip Eley (Business Manager) can give
you further information. You may
also approach any member of the
practice team, who will be able to
provide information regarding our
complaints procedure. It is helpful
if you could inform us of any
problems as soon as possible after
the incident.

Suggestions
We are always looking for ways to
improve our services. There is a
suggestion box at reception and the
practice management (Philip Eley or
Gaby Roesmann) will be happy to help
you if you have a problem, criticism
or suggestion that you would like to
discuss.
The practice carries out a Patient
Survey each year, which provides an
opportunity for patients to express
their views about the service you
receive from us.
