We operate a practice complaints
procedure as part of the NHS system
for dealing with complaints. Gaby Ormerod (Practice Manager) can give
you further information. You may
also approach any member of the
practice team, who will be able to
provide information regarding our
complaints procedure. It is helpful
if you could inform us of any
problems as soon as possible after
the incident.

Suggestions
We are always looking for ways to improve our services. The practice management will be happy to help you if you have a problem, criticism or suggestion that you would like to discuss.
Patient Surveys are carried out each year, which provides an opportunity for patients to express their views about the service you receive from us.
